Payments, Promos & Gift Cards
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Payment is also accepted via your PAYPAL account.
The currency on the website is GBP.
Once you have placed an order online with Ambra, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. If you have not received this email within 24 hours, please contact customerservice@ambrauk.com
Discount codes can be applied once checkout is reached.
Hint: this field is located on the right hand side of the checkout page.
Please note: Only one reward or voucher code can be applied per purchase.
Shipping & Returns
You will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has left our warehouse and is coming your way. If you have not received this email after 3 business days from the day you ordered, please contact our customer service team.
Orders received before 2pm on a working day will be despatched that day. Orders received after 2pm, or on weekends/bank holidays will be despatched the next working day.
You will receive your tracking number via email upon despatch of your order.
Standard shipping for orders under £50: £4 flat rate
Standard shipping for orders over £50: FREE
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any products due to selection error or change of mind.
We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, we provide as much information to customers as possible before they make a purchase, including product function, composition information and a detailed size chart. This way, customers can purchase the correct products for their needs. We believe that the comprehensive product information we provide mitigates the risk of selection error or change of mind.
We will however accept returns only if unworn and the following conditions are met and can be proven with evidence:
- Goods were purchased from the Ambra UK website
- Goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or do not perform the function advertised.
If these conditions are met, you can choose between a refund or exchange to the same value.
You must notify Ambra UK of your intention to return your item/s within 30 days of receiving them by sending an email to customerservice@ambrauk.com who can authorise your return.
If the product you have received is faulty please contact us immediately by email to customerservice@ambrauk.com and include proof of purchase along with a description of the problem and include a photograph showing the issue. Our Customer Service team will then contact you to advise on the next steps.
Ambra takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like know. Please contact our customer service and we will do our best to resolve the problem. customerservice@ambrauk.com
All returns must provide proof of purchase at the time of the return (this may include the invoice, credit card statement, or payment statement). We apologise if you have received a faulty product or the order was not correct.
Care Instructions
We recommend a warm machine wash in a washbag, with similar colours using a gentle detergent.
The dryer can do a number on your items, so in order to keep the colours vivid and bras in shape we'd recommend to dry your Ambra items in the shade.
And one other thing, do not dry clean!
Helpful hint: Remove padding from the bra before washing.
